 30 gram flour
 500 ml milk
 1 kaneelstokje
 3 egg yolks
 sweetener
 lime zest

Put the flour in a bowl.

Add a little milk to the flour and mix.

Bring the remaining milk to the boil with lime zest and cinnamon stick.

Do the 3 egg yolks in the flour mixture and mix.

Remove the lemon peel and cinnamon stick from the milk.

Put the milk in the cup of the flour mixture.

Mix well.

Pour this mixture back into the pot and stir in the fire.
