 8 tablespoons roasted and milled peanuts
 a handful of chopped peanuts
 4 dried red chili peppers
 peanut oil
 2 medium onions
 2 of 3 potatoes
 500 ml of concentrated chicken broth
 2 tomatoes
 2 the koriander
 salt and pepper

Fry the onion in a little peanut oil.

Add the tomatoes peeled and seeded, minced and then diced potatoes.

Allow a few minutes and add the dried chiles to, seeded and shredded by hand and pour the broth.

When it boils, reduce the heat and allow minimum 20 simmer.

Half of the soup is put through the blender or a mixer with chopped peanuts into a puree.

Pour this again to the rest.

Serve hot with chopped peanuts.
