 450 grams of chicken wings and drumlets cleaned
 1 / 2 cup dry white wine
 6-8 cloves of garlic
 Just About 1 / 2 dl olive oil for frying and baking
 1 / 4 teaspoon dried thyme

Make a few cuts in the chicken and place in a bowl with the white wine, salt, pepper and 1 garlic clove, finely chopped.

Let the marinade in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 190 °

Cut off the rest of the garlic in half (remove outer shell) and place in small baking dish with about 1 1 / 2 tablespoon olive oil 1 / 4 white wine.

Add the thyme and a little salt and pepper.

Place roast in a hot oven for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the remaining oil and add chicken and 1 clove minced garlic.

Cook the chicken until cooked (just about 5-7 minutes on each side).

Remove the garlic from the oven and add the chicken and about half of the oil from the frying.
