Marinating Chicken

 4 chicken pieces (bolts)
 1 ui (finely sliced)
 1 carrots (sliced)
 1/2 cup vinegar
 1/2 cup oil
 1/2 cup white wine
 2 cloves of garlic (mince)
 salt
 Pepper (granules)
 1 laurierblad
 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Remove the skin from the chicken and season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a pan, fry the chicken and set aside.

In the same pan with the rest of the oil, behind the ui, carrot and garlic and vinegar, wine and sugar.

Boil for 5 minutes and add the chicken and set aside then add pepper and bay leaf.

Cook over very low heat until the chicken is cooked.
