 Salt to taste
 4 cucumbers
 25 radishes (to taste)

 2 cloves of garlic

 2 pasilla chiles or chile ancho type red dye pozole
 1 voorgekookt kilogram corn
 ½ kg pork bone
 200 grams pork
 ½ kilo varkenspoot
 4 liter water

Do 4 liters of water in a large saucepan and heat.

Add garlic, corn, pork, bones and other meat to.

Let cook until the corn is tender.

Add salt to taste.

Take the chiles, that gives the red color to the pozole and then turn to cook them with the 3 cloves of garlic.

In the end we have to mix this mixture with the meat.

Continue to cook until the meat is cooked properly.

Chop the onion and lettuce.

Cut the radishes into thin slices and add to all.
