Salad chonta

 2 medium Chontas
 Juice 1 citroen of 2 teaspoons vinegar
 6 tomatoes
 6 onions
 2 teaspoons olive oil
 ½ teaspoon salt
 ½ teaspoon pepper

Remove the heart of the chonta and then cut into strips.

Rinse in two or three liters of water and chop into cubes of 2 cm.

Hak tomato and onion than in warm water to remove the odor.
