
Cut peppers in half, lengthwise, remove seeds and veins.
Place in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
Bring to a boil until you can easily peel.
Cut into thin strips.
Once they are peeled, put them in a bowl and marinated in a mixture of garlic, citroen, salt, pepper and oil.
Mix well, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate.(for a night)
