
Make a dressing with the oil, ui, garlic, pepper, tomato, salt and pepper.
Add water, chicken stock, olluco, root vegetables, carrots, mint and oregano.
Cooking for 20 minutes, and covered over low heat.
Add rice, peas, potatoes, beans.
Cooking for 10 minutes, and covered over low heat.
Add corn and simmer yet 10 minutes.
Finally add the milk, eggs and cheese slowly.
