
Wrap each steak bacon in order to form a roll, and to seal them with toothpicks.
A few tablespoons of oil in a pan, add crushed garlic.
Place the wraps in the pan and fry on all sides.
Reduce the heat and let the wraps cook until soft.
Remove the wraps from the pan and add some tablespoons red wine.
Let it cook until it thickens and pour over the wraps.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
