 In Front Of 4 up to 6 servings:
 1 big eye tuna (340 gram of 12 gram), well drained
 1 large egg
 1 head bread crumb
 2 / 3 cup milk
 ½ medium onion chopped
 1 clove of garlic
 ¼ chopped peppers
 1 chopped fresh parsley
 2 stalks chopped chives
 1 up to 2 tomatoes, Skinned, cored, ground beef
 salt and pepper to taste
 1 in 1 / 2 tablespoon oil
 Optional: 6 chopped olives

Mix the bread well with the egg and milk.

Bake while the onion, green onion, garlic, pepper, pepper and olive oil.

Then add the tomatoes, tuna, salt and pepper to taste.
