
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a large pot, we cook the garlic, onion and chiles in hot oil until tender.
Stir the tomato, corn and rice; 5 minute simmer.
Place 1 / 2 of this mixture in a buttered 13x9-inch dish.
Combine sour cream and whipped cream and spread 1 / 2 of this mixture over the rice.
Top with 1 / 2 of the cheese.
Repeat the layers.
Dek a bak 30 minutes or until the mixture bubbles.
