 3 sour orange (may be replaced by 2 Sweet Orange and 1 large lemon)
 1 tuber garlic
 1 tablespoons ground cumin
 4 tablespoons lard
 1 the gemalen peper (Optional)

 salt to taste

Rub the pork leg all over with salt, cumin, oregano and pepper.

Heat the butter and pour the juice of sour orange and garlic, peeled and crushed.
