Pork with garlic

 2 pond. spare ribs or pork
 1 sprig of fresh thyme, mince
 1 all fresh hot pepper
 ¼ pound garlic
 2 tablespoons salt
 2 ½ cup white vinegar

Cut pork into small pieces (do not wash, pure love all the water.)

Crush the garlic and mix with thyme and place in a large glass jar.

Then add salt and put pieces of pork in the pot.

Top with vinegar and let unrefrigerated for about 3 soak.

Well then remove from brine, drain (squeeze dry, if necessary,) and fry them in hot oil.

Serve immediately as snacks with drinks.
