Pork with marinade in the oven

 2 lemons
Marinade:
 1 cup vinegar
 ½ cup oil
 1 tablespoon ground roasted garlic
 1 tablespoon chopped thyme
 ½ cup chopped parsley
 1 cup red bell pepper
 2 teaspoons ground cumin
 2 teaspoons oregano
 salt and pepper to taste

Make Pork clean if necessary and rub well with lemons.

Mix all the ingredients of the marinade and spread that on the pig.

Let it rest for a night.

Rub the pork again well with the marinade.

Bake for one hour, turn and brown the pork to good, until crisp, approximately two hours at 180 degrees.

Remove and cut.
