Venezuelan black bean soup

 ½ kg of dried black beans
 Water (just about 5 cups)
 Chopped pork to taste (beef steak, spec, pork, etc ..), Of varken bot
 1 medium onion chopped
 2 cloves of garlic, squeezed
 paprika ½ chopped, of 3 chopped peppers, seeded
 Salt, pepper and cumin to taste
 brown sugar
 3 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
 A little oil

Check and clean the beans of dirt or stones.

Late one night before weeks.

Rinse and drain well.

Put enough water in a pot, bring to a boil and add the beans.

Reduce heat and simmer, covered, cook for about 45 minutes.

If necessary, add more water.

Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the onion, garlic, paprika or chili and chopped pork.

Add the sauce to the soup, along with salt, pepper, cumin and brown sugar to taste.

Cook the soup over low heat and covered, until the beans soft and tasteful.

Add at the end of cooking coriander and stir.
