 4 garlic cloves unpeeled
 1 laurierblad
 some peppercorns
 1 tablespoon olive oil
 salt
 a glass of vinegar
 a cup of oil

Cut the onion into strips and put it to fry with a little oil, try it on low heat, so they do not burn, we add the bay leaf, the garlic, pepper and a pinch of salt.
