 black rice sausage (of pudding)
 100 grams of cooked red peppers
 Powder of roasted popcorns (Grind the popcorns once roasted)

Grind the red pepper into a puree texture.

Cut the sausage into thick slices.

Put in a pan a few drops of oil, Add the sausage slices and gently fry until both sides are brown.

Place them in a dish and pour on the side of a number of the red bell pepper puree and a part of the powder of popcorns.
