1Add the fish, not, parsley, salt and flour together well.
2Do the croquette shaped mixtures by the breadcrumbs.
3The croquettes are fried in hot oil until golden brown.
1 cup shredded cooked fish
2 tablespoons parsley, mince
Salt to taste
1 not, beaten
2 tablespoons flour (or more as needed)
Optional: chopped peppers
