Soup, Meat Cuban On Average

1Season the minced meat with salt and pepper.
2Bake brown in a large pan with two tablespoons of oil.
3Add the onion, garlic, tomatoes and finally the broth.
4Cover the pan and cook 40 minutes.
5Meanwhile, we seasoning the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic.
6To 40 minutes baking the meat we add the pieces of chicken and let it continue cooking with the pot covered for 10 minutes.
7Afterwards we do with it remaining ingredients.
8Cover and cook for a further 20 minutes.
9Afterwards, check the seasoning, If necessary, adjust the seasoning.
10Serve hot.
2 servings of chicken
500 grams of pork or beef
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves of garlic
3 quarter of the chicken broth
2 paprika's, chopped peppers into thin strips
3 carrots, diced
ΒΌ pound diced pumpkin
5 maiskolven
500 grams of ripe tomatoes, peeled
Salt and pepper to taste
