1Quarter the chicken and add salt and pepper.
2Fry the chicken until it looks brown well on all sides.
3We hereby pour the wine and then we sprinkle the chopped garlic, parsley and other herbs over.
4Cover the pan and reduce heat to the lowest.
5We wait about 40 minutes and it is ready to be served.
