1Drain the chickpeas and place in a bowl.
2Wash tomatoes and cut into thin slices and add to the chickpeas.
3Cut red onion into thin slices.
4Add the onions and tomatoes with chickpeas.
5Seasons the salad with thyme, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
200g can chickpeas
4 cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
Extra virgin olive oil
Thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
