

Directions
1Fry in a pan with oil, ui, garlic and paprika.
2Add the tomato.
3Then add the pork and cook brown.
4Pour water or broth and peas.
5Bring to a boil.
6Add salt and pepper to taste.
7Reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until peas are soft.
8Grind the salt and pepper.
9Sprinkle the coriander and mix at the end of cooking.
10This soup can be prepared with sliced potatoes, added when the peas are soft, followed by cooking until potatoes are ready. You can also add pieces of chicken or beef.
