Crab cake

1Mix the flour and dry ingredients together: add chopped onion, garlic, pepper, crabmeat, eggs, fish and meat sauce.

2Shape into small flat cakes, and paneer with breadcrumbs.

3Slowly fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.


125 gram flour

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon fish spices

6 cloves of garlic, mince

1 large onion, chopped

2 small green pepper, chopped

450 gram krabvlees

2 medium eggs

2 teaspoons fish and meat sauce (optionally)

1 cup breadcrumbs

¼ cup vegetable oil
