Black rice sausage with red peppers and powder of roasted popcorn

Directions

1Grind the red pepper into a puree texture.

2Cut the sausage into thick slices.

3Put in a pan a few drops of oil, Add the sausage slices and gently fry until both sides are brown.

4Place them in a dish and pour on the side of a number of the red bell pepper puree and a part of the powder of popcorns.

Ingredients

black rice sausage (of pudding)

100 grams of cooked red peppers

Powder of roasted popcorns (Grind the popcorns once roasted)
