Muffins for breakfast

1Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk with melted butter.

2Add the sugar, Owner, lemon zest and flour together.

3Knead until the dough is smooth, If necessary, add flour.

4Put this to one side so that it can rise until doubled in volume.

5Take the dough and knead again.

6Divide the dough into pieces and give it a shape of your choice.

7Then place it on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

8Cover and let double in volume again.

9Behind 10 minutes at 220º in the oven.


25 grs. fresh yeast bread

125 grs. butter

200 ml. milk

100 gr. sugar

lemon zest

2 Owner

600 g flour
