Grilled salmon fillets with pepper

1Takes 4 of 5 tablespoons black peppercorns and put it in a cloth and pound with a pestle to make a coarse mixture of there.

2Place the salmon slices through this pepper.

3In a frying pan, preferably nonstick iron, heat and add 4 tablespoons olive oil.

4Sealing brown the steaks over high heat, then cover the pan.

5Reduce the heat and slowly 4 up to 5 minutes to cook.


4 zalmfilets

5 tablespoons black peppercorns

4 tablespoons olive oil

Salt to taste
