Directions

1Season the fish with the onion, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

2Let stand for about 15 minutes for the taste.

3Beat the egg and while the flour in a bowl, and bread crumbs in another.

4Put the fillets in the flour, then the egg, then breadcrumbs, so they are well coated.

5Place a frying pan containing hot oil, turn cautious, until golden brown.

6Served with butter and lemon.
