1Place the flour on a surface and an opening in the middle.
2Add salt, sugar, oil, eggs and of wine.
3Mix all ingredients and stir with your fingers until the dough is smooth.
4Add the amount of water that is needed in small proportions.
5Knead gently until a soft dough.
6Let stand for about an hour.
7Take small portions of the dough and roll out.
8Fry in hot oil.
9Serve sprinkled with sugar
