 just about 14 up to 18 large fresh shrimp peeled (with the exception of the tail)
 1 / 2 cup flour
 A protein
 Teaspoon sweet paprika
 1 teaspoon baking powder
 1 teaspoon salt
 olive oil for frying

Boil some water in a small pot.

Peel the prawns (with the exception of the tail) and add to the water.

Cook for about 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink and just cooked.

Remove the shrimp from the water and pat dry.

Keep the water.

In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt and paprika together.

Add about 1 / 2 cup of water from the shrimp and mix well together.

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold the egg into the batter.

Heat about 1 inches of oil in a small frying pan over high heat.

Dip each shrimp in the batter (except for the tail) and do it in the oil. They will quickly cook.

Cook for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown.

Drain on a paper towel.

Serve hot with a little salsa rosa as you want.
