Directions

1Place the bacon in a frying pan with oil and fry on low heat.

2Remove from heat and add the bacon, pepper, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

3Beef cut 2 centimeter.

4Marinate meat for an hour in this mixture, turning occasionally.

5Once marinated, baste the pieces of meat on skewers.

7Grill until the meat is half roasted.

9Serve with potatoes, corn, and chili sauce.
