Pork with marinade in the oven

Directions

1Make Pork clean if necessary and rub well with lemons.

2Mix all the ingredients of the marinade and spread that on the pig.

3Let it rest for a night.

4Rub the pork again well with the marinade.

5Bake for one hour, turn and brown the pork to good, until crisp, approximately two hours at 180 degrees.

6Remove and cut.

7The server.

Ingredients

about pork 3 up to 4,5 kg

2 lemons

Marinade:

1 cup vinegar

½ cup oil

1 tablespoon ground roasted garlic

1 tablespoon chopped thyme

½ cup chopped parsley

1 cup red bell pepper

2 teaspoons ground cumin

2 teaspoons oregano

salt and pepper to taste
