Directions

1Put the eggs and sugar in a glass.

2Mix very well.

3Then add the oil and cottage cheese with it.

4Add flour, baking powder and lemon zest with it and then mix it well with this.

5We then do the flour with a spatula there.

6Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan, Cut the apple into slices and place it over the dough and we put it in the oven 180 º during 40 minutes approximately.

7Meanwhile, heat a little jam and a sheet of gelatin.

8When the cake is ready, we paint it with jam and then put the cake in the refrigerator.
