Directions
1Drizzle the salad leaves with lime juice.
2Separately we mix the cheese with sausage and carrot.
3Season with salt and pepper and add a teaspoon of mustard there.
4Place mixture on lettuce leaves and roll.
5Arrange on a plate, drizzle with mustard and sprinkle with egg.
