
Directions
1Boil the eggs and let cool.
2Cut off the top and carefully remove the yolks and keep both parts.
3In a small pan, heat the oil and fry the shallots and garlic until soft (just about 10 minutes).
4In a large bowl, add the cooked yolk, tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, shallot, parsley and salt and pepper together.
5Mix well and spoon into each egg.
