

Directions
1Prepare crust by mixing crumbs with melted butter.
2Los Jello powder ¾ cup hot water.
3Mix until partially jelled only.
4Place evaporated milk, bowl and beaters in the refrigerator and let it be very cold.
5Beat until creamy milk.
6Add partially jelled jello, juice and zest, and ½ cup sugar whisking constantly.
7Pour the mixture into the bowl containing crumb mixture.
8Mix well and cover with a few crumbs.
