Directions

1Put in a large pot of water, bottom, onion and parsley.

2Bring to a boil, reduce heat and slowly during 1 hour cooking.

3Strain the broth.

4Verbrijzel of suikermais in maal of maiskorrels.

5Put ½ cup whole-grain side.

6Combine the milk and ground corn kernels.

7Add slowly while stirring the broth.

8Check the seasoning.

9Simmer, stirring occasionally until very hot and thickened.

10Just before serving: add the butter and whole grains and stir well.

4 cups water

450 gram meaty bones

1 sprig of parsley

5 big ears of sweet corn

2 cups milk

1 tablespoon butter

Salt to taste
