Directions

1In a bowl stir all ingredients.

2Check the seasoning and serve with crusty bread.

Ingredients

Creole potato 1 can drained and cut into pieces

1 kan corn, leaked

1 canned beans drained

1 cup mayonnaise at room temperature

1 tablespoon mustard

2 tablespoons chopped onion

Hard-boiled eggs to taste

Fresh parsley to taste

Salt and pepper to taste
