Directions

1Melt the butter in the pot to make rice.

2Add the onion and cook until soft.

3Add the rice and cook for a minute.

4Then add the broth and saffron.

5Proceed as usual in the preparation of rice.

6During cooking, mix the peas and chickpeas there.

2 cups cooked peas

2 cups uncooked rice

4 tablespoons butter

1 piece grated onion

4 cups chicken broth

teaspoon saffron

1 canned chickpeas
