Directions

1Remove the heart of the chonta and then cut into strips.

2Rinse in two or three liters of water and chop into cubes of 2 cm.

3Hak tomato and onion than in warm water to remove the odor.

4Mix with lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper and put everything together with the chopped chonta.

5Pour into a large bowl.

6Garnished with lettuce leaves.
