Directions

1Put all ingredients in a pot.

2Simmer over medium heat for 1 hour.

10 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon achiote

¼ teaspoon cumin

¼ teaspoon oregano

1 small onion, quartered

1 tablespoon salt
