
4 ripe bananas
6 tbsp. white sugar
6 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. dry wine
2 kaneelstokjes
2 tl. ground cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter or oil

Peel bananas and put them in a shallow pan.

Add the cinnamon sticks on top of the bananas, then little cinnamon powder.

Cover with sugar, dry wine and butter into small pieces.

Simmer for an hour or until the bananas are cooked .

Carefully remove from pan and place in a dish.

Pour the banana syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Serve hot or cold, to taste!
