 2 ripe avocados
 1 pond vis of kip
 ½ cup mayonnaise
 1 chopped onion
 1½ bell pepper
 2 el celery

Wash and dry avocado.

Cut into halves.

Prepare the chicken or fish salad for by removing bones.

Add the remaining ingredients and fill avocado halves.

Serve as an appetizer.
