
Directions
1Heated 1 tablespoon of the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages until golden brown.
2Lift with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper to drain.
3Add another 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and fry the potatoes and onions 2-3 minutes, turning regularly.
4Cover tightly and cook over low heat about 30 minutes, occasionally turning, until soft and lightly golden.
5In a large bowl, Merging of the eggs, parsley, cheese, sausage and lots of spices.
6Stir in the pan with potatoes and onions.
7Wipe out the pan with kitchen paper and heat the remaining 2 the olie.
8Add the potato mixture and cook over very low heat, until the egg begins to attract.
9Preheat grill on high setting. Allow about 5 minutes underneath, the protection of the pan with aluminum foil and place the handle under the grill tortilla until it has a golden color.
10Cut into wedges and serve garnished with parsley.
