Asparagus with cream cheese

Directions

1Asparagus Puree in a food processor until smooth.

2Remove from the bowl.

3Then mix the cream cheese with lemon zest, your room, butter and mustard until smooth.

4During mixing, add pureed asparagus gradually and process until smooth.

5Put the mass in a jar, to cover and then in a refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

375 gr pays asparagus, cooked

250 gr cream cheese, soft

2 teaspoons grated lemon zest

2 tablespoons of your room

1 / 4 cup (50grs) butter

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
