Directions

1Place bananas with brown sugar, water and milk to the boil.

2If caramel is remove from the heat.

Ingredients

8 ripe bananas, peeled and finely chopped

brown sugar

cup water

cup milk

Cloves or cinnamon to taste

Strips of lemon zest to taste
