1Peel bananas and put them in a shallow pan.
2Add the cinnamon sticks on top of the bananas, then little cinnamon powder.
3Cover with sugar, dry wine and butter into small pieces.
4Simmer for an hour or until the bananas are cooked .
5Carefully remove from pan and place in a dish.
6Pour the banana syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon.
7Serve hot or cold, to taste!
