Directions

1Make thin slices of pork, put a slice of cheese on it, cut in half.

2Cover with another pork and spices.

3Brush the beaten egg on it and then put in breadcrumbs.

4Fry in olive oil, let them drain on a kitchen paper towel to remove excess fat and serve.
