Canónigo salad with tuna

1Skinned the tomatoes and remove the seeds, that are done by a sieve to remove and collect the sap on the tomato juice into another bowl. Cut it into small cubes in a bowl hereby put the vinegar and salt.

2Add the oil, tomato juice and diced tomatoes.

3Mix well among each other, so that the flavors can mix with one another.

4In a bowl, we do the crops and pretty shredded lettuce. This we do the dressing and tuna.


1 tomato for salad

1 can of tuna marinated

Canon salade

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon sherry vinegar

salt to taste
