Directions

1Remove the damaged green leaves of lettuce.

2Wash the lettuce carefully, dry and then chop.

3Then make a vinaigrette with olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice,worcestersaus, mustard, sugar and salt and pepper to taste.

4Rub a salad bowl with garlic, preferably wood.

5Pour the chopped salad with it.

6Sprinkle with the prepared vinaigrette.

7Add the chopped anchovy fillets there.

8Sprinkle with cheese.

9Add the croutons and mix everything.

10Serve immediately.

Ingredients

3 slabladeren

6 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoons vinegar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon mustard

1 teaspoon sugar

2 cloves of garlic

1 tin anchovy fillets

100 grams grated parmesan cheese

1 cup diced bread baked

Salt and pepper to taste
