Chilean salad

1Rinse onions in cold water thoroughly.

2Mix the tomatoes with onions.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Put the olive oil and toss well.

5Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve.


4 cups onions, chopped

4 cups tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped

Salt and pepper

3 tablespoons olive oil

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (Optional)
